… Suddenly, like dawn spreading across the mountains, a great and mighty army appears. Nothing like it has been seen before or will ever be seen again. Fire burns in front of them, and flames follow after them … Behind them is nothing but desolation; not one thing escapes. They look like horses; they charge forward like warhorses. Look at them as they leap along the mountaintops. Listen to the noise they make – like the rumbling of chariots, like the roar of fire sweeping across a field of stubble, or like a mighty army moving into battle. (Joel 2:2-20)
The slamming of doors, soft patter of feet, crunch of boots on hard soil, the flutter of wings as flocks of birds head south – all are signs of motion with purposeful direction. A universally peculiar phenomenon is occurring very subtly. There is a shift in the esoteric atmosphere, a transition of seasons, a change in spiritual guard. Many hearts across the globe are being stirred by a strong sense of urgency. Battle formations are taking place in the back sides of spiritual deserts and secret places. A vast array of previously obscure individuals are responding to the silent but perceptible trumpet blast – the battle cry of the chosen. Fueled and compelled by the Fire burning within, these ones are unapologetically and unobtrusively taking their place at their assigned posts, a sure signal to heaven of their deployment readiness.
The Emergence referenced here is the battle formation of people of all shapes, sizes, colors, races, genders, age groups, backgrounds, walks of life, etc. intricately connected by an invisible thread, who the world has never known in the capacity about to be shown. They are people set like a flint on fulfilling God’s purpose and being integral to what He is doing in each season. These people have been hidden in their secret place1 for a long time, being trained and groomed for the future God has planned for them, building capacity and divine ability – power that will conquer nations in a day.2 They are a hidden generation that will soon take the stage3 … a massive emergence of deliverers4 … transformed leaders who will [radically] reform society and birth seasons of greatness!5,6
Friend, if you are not yet a part of this emerging army – the glorious hosts of God’s splendor, pleasure, worldwide attraction and agenda,7 I encourage you to enlist right away! Receive forgiveness for your sins by accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior8, and then submit yourself to learning about Him and your new life under His leadership9 through a solid, Bible-believing and portraying church and pastor10. As you become transformed and progressively more like Jesus, you will become a neon sign of God’s existence, goodness, and benevolence to all in your sphere of influence11 and can respond confidently to the clarion call for this emerging army! If you are already a lover and ardent follower of Jesus, are you rightly positioned where God planted you, actively building your knowledge and faith in Him and His Word, and being responsive to this clarion call? What are you waiting for?

The child grew and became spiritually strong. He lived in the desert until the day he appeared to the people [to whom he had been sent].12
